Datawiz Quality Assurance Program

The Datawiz Quality Assurance Program is well proven and has been an integral part of our internal and external work since 2004.

Our QA Program assures quality by monitoring adherence to the adopted standards, tools, methodologies, plans and procedures in the course of transition and integration, testing and continued support. We perform our QA Program through reviews and inspections of products, services and deliverables.

Our internal Quality Management Office has established our Quality Assurance Policy which is applied to all internal and external projects and has led to the Datawiz CMMI -2 certification.

For our external contracts our well seasoned QA Managers ensure deliverables are checked for completeness, consistency, clarity, accuracy, and conformity to contract requirements and standards. Data used for performing this function is also applied by us for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) in identifying lessons learned, areas for quality improvement, or areas where additional training may be required.

During our past performances we have been able to perform the following through our QA program:

  • Track performance trends to ensure acceptable performance and identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Identify potential problems before they occur, correcting them, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Analyze data to determine the root cause of problems or inefficiencies.
  • Assist in the forecasting of future performance on the basis of trends and productivity.
