Datawiz has been a trusted advisor to the Department of Labor since 2004. We started supporting the Mine Safety and Health Administration in its cyber security efforts for certification and accreditation. We also provided PMO support to the DOL ISSO and oversaw risk analysis and security compliance. Over the years, our support at the DOL has expanded significantly. Datawiz currently provides project management, application development, database development, O&M and help desk support services to several agencies within DOL. We have been a strong partner in DOL’s IT transformation journey and are an integral part of several offices for their cybersecurity compliance initiatives and emerging technology applications.
Datawiz applied cloud technologies and provided subject matter expertise to the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) chief technology officer (CTO). Datawiz oversaw the migration of all IT applications to the FDA cloud. Our project management team applied Agile methodologies to manage this effort. We implemented the SolarWinds technology within the CTO and bought artificial intelligence tools into the FDA environment. We applied cybersecurity knowledge, ensuring all applications followed FedRamp requirements for ATO on the cloud. Datawiz provided infrastructure support services, as well as enterprise architecture services, for full adoptability and integration of the FDA systems with the cloud.
Since 2021, Datawiz has provided managed infrastructure services for FDIC’s data center operations, network, unified communications, service desk, mobile device management, desktop engineering, and monitoring and event management. Datawiz is supporting FDIC as it transforms its infrastructure by leveraging innovation in the areas of infrastructure automation using robotic process automation (RPA), software-defined everything (SDx), and artificial intelligence (AI), while ensuring seamless transition and business continuity.
